This video shows how to wash your Dyson DC30, 31, 34 or 35's filters. This procedure applies to all DC30, DC31, DC34 and DC35 variants. In normal use, the filter should be washed at least once a month. Use cold water without detergent. Leave to dry in a warm place for 24 hours - do not dry the filter in a tumble dryer, microwave, oven or near a naked flame. Ensure the filter is completely dry before replacing in the machine.
